Our Return Policy
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order. You will be offered an exchange or store credit. No refunds for change of mind.
Items must be the following conditions:
· Must be unused and in a resalable condition.
· Must be returned with original packaging intact
Please note: Postage costs for change of mind returns will be incurred by the customer. Be sure to include dust bags for each item.
Faulty or Incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order for either a replacement or refund.

Shak&Co requires all returns & exchanges items to be re-packaged in either it's original packaging or any form of packaging that will protect the item. If the returned item is not packaged accordingly, Shak&Co reserves the right to withdraw the order for refund or exchange.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for our team to confirm the condition of your return. If you opted for an exchange or store credit, this will be processed once your return has been approved.
If your item has been confirmed to be faulty or incorrect and you opted for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days from refund issue date for the funds to show in your account depending on your bank. If you opted for a replacement, please allow 5 to 7 business days from the replacement issue date to receive your item.
Return Process
Returns must be sent back to our warehouse in Victoria. The costs associated with a change of mind return are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to keep your tracking number.
